Phase VI is under way

People with lived experience of anxiety are using the MEMoPAD watch and companion app in their daily lives. This phase asks whether people keep using the tool over weeks, not hours.

The co-design so far

How people have taken part

Across 6 completed co-design phases (14โ€“25 participants per phase), people have contributed through:

  • Focus groups and workshops (online and in person)
  • One-to-one interviews with clinicians and carers
  • Online surveys
  • Lab-based sessions with wearable sensors
  • Using the MEMoPAD prototype in daily life (Phase VI)
